Daily Echo:

SAINTS have told Chelsea they will only sell defender Cedric Soares if a 'silly offer' is received, according to reports.

The reigning Premier League champions are reportly ready to pay between £15-£20million, according to the Evening Standard, but Saints are keen to keep hold of the Portuguese right back, who was in the 2016 Euros winning team.

Soares still has three years left at St Mary's under his current contract, but has been linked with a number of European giants, including Barcelona and Juventus.

But earlier in the transfer window Saints' executive director Les Reed said the club has no intention of cashing in on Soares.
