SOFIANE Boufal has been something of an enigma during his time at Saints.

He's dazzled and frustrated fans in equal measure, and this week was no different.

On the one hand, he picked up the Premier League's Goal of the Season award for a superb solo effort in a 1-0 win over West Brom.

On the other, his struggling form and lack of appearances for Southampton FC led to him being left out of Morocco's World Cup squad.

He hasn't played for Saints since having a bust-up with Mark Hughes at the end of March, and with the Welshman seemingly set to be given the manager's job on a permanent basis, things are looking bleak for Boufal in Southampton.

Boufal was reported to have told a French media outlet that he would be "very interested" in a return to France.

But what do you think? Should he stay or should he go?
