Michael Fialka
MICHAEL Fialka has insisted his bid to buy Saints is still on.
Despite key members of the Pinnacle Group pulling out yesterday, the 32-year-old this morning said the deal had not collapsed.
“It’s all up in the air at the moment,” he told the Jewish Chronicle.
“The reality is that there are a few issues with the Football League. We’ve had a bit of a standoff as we would only consider a deal if the penalty was 10 points rather than 15.
“I need confirmation. Once it goes through then everyone will be happy.”
Fialka also revealed that, should the takeover go through, he would “end up with one third of the club and be the main director on a four-man board.”
The Football League has told the Daily Echo there is no truth in Fialka's latest claims of a potential 15 point deduction.
A spokesman once again reiterated that there is no threat of further point deductions.

Mr fialka has said he has a problem with the FL but the FL has no idea of what he is talking about?? 10 or 15 points deduction is not the problem now the problem now is we have no team and no manager all is falling apart and it's all down to Mr Fialka taken to long to do the deal, what I do not understand is he know when he started that there would be a deduction of points??

Fialka, assuming that you read these posts which I m sure you do why dont you ring the FL and ask them to send you an email copnfirming what I have just said.
But as we both know you are a total waste of time and the only question I have for you is why. You dont have the money youre not credible from a business experience point of view and you wont reveal who your backers are. Questions are now being asked of Begbies Traynor as to why you were given exclusivity when other far more substantial bidders were ignored.

We have lost 2 players in pinicles exclusivity period but do you honestly think they would have stayed in League 1 with championship and Premiership football on offer?
How have some Saints fans turned on Matty too? I'd still love him to be our chairman, he's Southampton through and through. We'd probably already be regulars in League 1 without Matts genius on the field so you could kiss the memorys of a F.A cup final away.
It was Tony Lynham who told us there was only 1 backer which has now been revealed as a consortium and it looks like Fialka isn't the one thats pulled out from pinnicle so be greatful he's trying to save the club! 3 consortiums are better than 2.
This deal will go to the wire because the more chance banks have of losing their money completely the more chance it will be sold cheaper. It seems that considering most of us only know what the Echo chooses to tell us, we all seem to have a huge opinion base on anger and frustration. If we do get docked extra points, depending on how many we could already be looking at League 2 football next year! Does anyone trust the crooked football league, lets ask The once proud club called Luton shall we?

At the end of the day The Echo has to stop being cunning and creating negative vibes just so to sell papers. Pinnacle in my eyes are the only ones who have the sense to get a football-wise person like Le Tiss on board to make all the football decisions whilst they provide the cash. It's a good group and setup - lets stop being negative towards them - they could be saving our club!
The Echo needs to start supporting any group who wants to but the Saints!

It's just possible that Matt knows a little bit more about the situation than any of you, so please don't run down a club legend. Whilst it is easy to berate PGthey remain the only bidder to commit money.
WHilst other grops are talking - I think we shall see this drag on beyond Friday.
The administrator wants to sell the club and has sold two players worth £2.2m. Surely this gives us enough money to fund wages for July, as the debtors stand to receive more for a "going" concern.
Allowing we have paid down part of the Overdraft, players are now out of contract so wage bills are reduced, the club and we have revenue generating games coming up - if Fry can steer us through the close season we appear a more saleable item. we can only spend money we have in the curreent account so we must trade within our means for the next three months.
Regards the league- the only issue we have is a further penalty - for not coming out of the Admin, but it can be argused that we have not gained an advantage by writing of debt. The administrator is legally bound to operate the company on a sound footing.
If Fry is connvinced the clubs is not finacially viable then he must report to the creditors and agreed a winding up process. Buut we could in theory be in administration for 12 months?
I have a feeling this will run on. Surely Wotte's contract extension has been approved by Fry, and tbh if the club was being wound up on friday - he would have toddled off - why take a job for 3 days?

Go right back to start of this FARCE and read the statements from Lynam and MLT and more recently Fialka. Nothing they have said or done has ANY continuity AT ALL.
1, How many wealthy backers were there. First 4, then 1, then a group or wealthy family, now none.
2, What are they worth. Firstly a PERSONAL net worth of 'several hundred million'. Now, we don't know but people with 000's millions could have just bought 1st and battled the league in court afterwards.
3, 'the ten point deduction is not a deal breaker', isn't it? no where in any other statement has anyone involved been able to explain anything other than use the phrase 'other issues' - If their not buying us, it won't matter to tell us what they are then and treat us with a little dignity and intelligence?
4, They tell us that the backers' identity will be revealed after the take over then Mickey Mouse goes on Sky sports news! laughable! then Lynam tells us he planned that afterwards. Hands up if you were born yesterday!
This is not how serious business works fellow fans, this is classic making it up because we are miles out of our depth behaviour. Think Branson, Sugar, hell even the Glazers have more PR skill than this...

What both parties have admitted is that it is not about the 10 point deduction, and really that is all we know.
Regarding Pinnacle Group. Again, we know nothing about them other than what little has been discovered about Michael Fialka by obtaining copies of company records of his two businesses.
It could simply be that Michael and three others (with MLT being the fifth member of the board) were merely the designated representatives of a larger group. Perhaps their money was coming from the Jewish business community or something. I'm certainly not suggesting that is the case, but there are certainly many viable possibilities for Michael Fialka and the Pinnacle group to actually have the money.
If it turns out that Michael was just after his 15 minutes of fame then it is a great shame as it may well have cost us our club, but I for one will be reserving judgement until after someone buys the club, and once the FACTS begin to emerge, rather than in ignorance and OPINION based on a few articles and chinese whispers.
I hope we find a buyer, and I hope that buyer has the interests of our club at heart as opposed to making a quick buck at our expense.

I trust that no one minds if i ask to see a little less of man at Millets during this period of stress. I find it strangely offensive that someone so incompetent ( in my opinion ) can look so smug. also find this video clip hugely irrelevant given that the PG purchase of the club is hardly a certainty.

There's probably enough material here to make a full lenth feature film, I'm trying to thing of a title and who to get to play the leading role of MLT, anyone got any ideas who could play Fialka and Lowe? I rekon this could be a blockbuster, it could start in maybe the mid 90's and move through to the current day, a rise and fall kind of film, but it would then centre around the Lowe takeover and and really concentrate on the past 6 months circus performance, what a great movie!
