SAINTS have signed versatile left-sided Burnley player Danny Fox, the Daily Echo understands.
The 25-year-old, who can play as a full-back or on the wing, has completed a switch to St Mary's for a fee of about £1.8m, putting pen to paper on a four-year contract.
As reported earlier this week, Saints had been interested in signing both Fox and his teammate, striker Jay Rodriguez.
So far, though, they have only been successful in securing Fox's services.
The former Celtic player has signed in time to be included in the squad for Saturday's trip to Barnsley.
