I know the SFC policy across the club teams is that starting places are earned. I guess Nigel has a lot of faith and loyalty with Connors this selection is a show of faith but for me it's giving him his last chance to show what he has because I think a lot will want Sharp to start and Chung Lee on the bench.

I remember going to Brum in May 84' with my Dad and I think after the final whistle the weather was sharp showers of house bricks. Snow today is a vast improvement.

I think conners has had his day to be fair, i know i will get shot for saying that as for some unknown reason he is loved by some of the st marys faithful but I feel my younger brother ( 15 yr old who has never played football) would have been better than him in the last 2 games and on that reason alone sharp should have started, before all the people without an argument come back and say get behind your team, i do in a big way with a season ticket and 5 or 6 away trips a season, if conners scores then fair play but law of averages he has to soon..!!!!
Punch looks quality which is something i didn't think i would be saying again.
All in all lets push for them 3 points as the brummies are there for the taking COYR...

This will have no bearing on the games to come.
Would have been happy with a point before kick off, even happier if we had beaten Cardiff. Still, having finished with 10 men it'll do.
Plus, Harding is perfectly capable at left back so we won't suffer.
Onwards we go, still 2nd & holding firm for automatic promotion.
Stay behind the lads & support the team through thick & thin!
PS; what was that white stuff coming out of the sky & covering the pitch - never seen that funny sort of thing here. ;-)
