Lee Holmes scored the only goal of the game as Swindon opened up a seven-point lead at the top of npower League Two with a 1-0 victory over Northampton.
The Saints loanee is in his second spell with Swindon and his 52nd-minute effort, which looked like a cross rather than a shot on goal, was enough for Paulo Di Canio's side to secure the win.
The Robins have not conceded in their last eight matches at the County Ground and look certain to be playing third-tier football next season.
