Saints reveal under-21 pre-season fixtures

Saints have announced the details of their under-21 side's pre-season programme.
The development team will play a trio of away fixtures, against Sholing, Winchester City and Sunderland, as they prepare for the new campaign.
Coach Martin Hunter's squad are due to visit Sholing on Tuesday, July 10 (kick-off 7pm). They will then travel to Winchester City on Tuesday, July 17 (kick-off 7pm).
And they will round off their programme with a behind-closed-doors friendly against Sunderland on Wednesday, August 1 (kick-off 1pm).

We must all surely make a serious protest about the match that is behind closed doors at Sunderland. Don't believe the cover story about cutting costs as its just a practice match and only a hundred people will show up anyway. Nonsense !! Pronciples are at stake here. Why announce a match that can't ???
NC banned photographers but it now looks like Sunderland are banning spectators too. Clearly it's the first step in a ploy by the TV companies to completely control how we watch football.
