I think he means there is no loan window for the Premier League meaning there can be no 'loan activity'.

There is an 'emergency loan' window but we would not be eligible for that.

AOC went about the whole thing in a very disrespectful manner, going to the papers for interviews trying to engineer a move away from Saints and saying how he was too good for us etc while still under contract. Yes playing for Arsenal is certainly something young players can dream of, but other players who have left us (like Dean Hammond etc) and gone about it in the right way.
AOC is a Skate at the end of the day and took the first chance to leave, players like Lallana who I no doubt could of stepped up earlier with other teams has been loyal, unlike AOC.

Scummers got on the telly cos they were playing ManU and ManC - Bournemouth got and Crawley get on telly cos theyre against Pompey.... still undisputed most successful club in the South by a flying mile!!!
