You can pay by Monthly invoice,Direct Debit or over the phone by Credit card

What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

Just ring us on Freephone 0800 7314900 with your holiday dates and Customer account Number and we can stop your papers whilst you are away (Two days notice required).

What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

When you sign up to our Home Delivery service you will receive a starter pack through the post which will give you all the information you need about Home delivery. There will also be booklet enclosed with vouchers to the value of £40.00. In addition as a Home Delivered Customer you will receive the paper at a reduced cost of 35p per paper Monday to Saturday paying by invoice or at 33p per paper by Direct Debit.(Normal daily rates Mon-Fri 35p Sat 50p).

What time can I expect my delivery

We aim to deliver your Echo to your door by 5.30pm each day

Will I be entitled to any other offers?

You will also receive our quarterly Loyalty magazine, exclusive to our Home Delivered customers this includes a Loyalty card which you can present at any of the venues listed in your magazine for superb offers and discounts.
