BOATING beauties gathered in the city centre for the launch of the Miss PSP Southampton Boat Show competition.
The ten nautical lovelies have been whittled down from hundreds of entrants to fight it out for the prestigious title.
The Southampton Boat Show’s main stage will be the centrepiece for the spectacular final, which will see the contestants strut their stuff in various outfits including trendy nautical gear as well as glamorous cocktail attire.
Organisers are now looking for readers to vote online for their favourite.
The girl with the most votes will carry a score into the final, held on Saturday, September 20.
The winner will have a photo shoot on a luxury Fairline cruiser, as well as judging and crowning Miss Southampton Boat Show 2009.
The lucky girl, hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winner Claire Wills, will also become an ambassador for the London International Boat Show at ExCeL and the Southampton Boat Show.
