Francis gets forum call-up

* Palace manager Trevor Francis is the latest Palace personality to join the line-up for the Talksport Fans Forum.

The event, sponsored by John Smith's, is being held at Selhurst Park tonight.Guests include Alan Brazil, Simon Jordan, Mike Parry, John Salako, Gary O'Reilly, Alvin Martin and Steve Kember.

This event will be held in the Holmesdale Road Stand lower tier. The doors open at 5.30pm and the forum starts at 7pm. Tickets are on sale at the Selhurst Box Office priced at £2 and all proceeds go to Mayday Hospital. For details 020 8771 8841.

* On Sunday afternoon, Crystal Palace were drawn away to Newcastle in the AXA sponsored F.A Cup.

The match will be played over the opening weekend of the New Year.

* On Wednesday, December 19 Simon Jordan is the guest for the Fans Night at Selhurst Park.

The event will be held in the Stanley Stephenson Lounge and doors open at 6.30pm. Admission is free to TeamCard holders and 50p for guests.

* U.S international Gregg Berhalter will not play for the club in January as he has been called up to represent his country. Berhalter has been selected for the U.S squad to compete in the FIFA Gold Cup in Los Angeles.

* Junior mid-season tickets are still available from the Selhurst Box Office for just £15.
