Harrow LeagueHertsmere completed their fantastic season with a resounding win over Brentford at the weekend.
A Sam Pooley brace coupled to solo goals from Callum Worsley and Joe Olds established Town's superiority by half-time.
After the break, Sam Cox extended Hertsmere's tally and sealed Brentford's fate. Town's man-of-the-match was Ashley Rini though Alfie O'Connell deserves praise for outflanking two Brentford defenders before attempting to net.
Credit must also go to Hertsmere's brilliant rearguard of Richard Batson, Sam Wonderling and Reehan Adat.
All three Hertsmere teams A, B and C have finished the term as table toppers in their respective Harrow League divisions. And the squads have attracted interest from Watford and Luton Town talent scouts.
Town will be holding a presentation evening at Boreham Wood FC on Saturday, April 21, starting at 7pm.
