A piece of unused council land in Lincoln Court, Borehamwood, should be used to build a new home, councillors agreed at a recent meeting. Land next to 11 Lincoln Court, and part of the garden of that property, which the borough council aims to acquire, could be used to build a new home to be leased by Ridgehill Housing Association.
