How I hate South West Trains.
Advised to move along the train from Waterloo I and fellow passengers got off at Southampton Airport Parkway to move along the platform. In full view of the staff the doors were shut on us and the despite frantic efforts to attract attention the train moved off without us.
Staff at the station were very understanding - it wasn't their fault of course.
The next train was not for half an hour.
Not too long a wait, but I still hate South West Trains.
