HER performance was the spectacle that everyone has been waiting for.
P!nk took to the stage – but only after plummeting from a box suspended in the sky above the heaving festival crowd.
Wearing knee high boots and a skimpy skirt she fell on a bungee to screams from the audience below.
The American star had no fewer than five costume changes during her hour-long performance, the final warm-up before headliner Sir Paul McCartney.
But as if that wasn’t enough P!nk then climbed into a zorbing ball and ploughed her way over the crowd’s heads in a stunt never seen before at the Isle of Wight Festival.
She then closed her set with her best known song Rock Star while doing acrobatics on a high wire, as the crowd bounced around in celebration.
