A GARDEN centre café blamed for drawing customers away from Moreton-in-Marsh town centre is set to expand.
Fosseway Garden Centre was given the go ahead to extend its café area by councillors at a Cotswold District Council planning meeting last week, despite concerns it would take trade away from the town centre where many businesses have already closed.
CDC’s planning officers said it was unlikely to generate significantly more visitor numbers.
