So I am now into my final week of preparations, and have moved from Atlanta to Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This final week is really just putting it all together with a lot of technique and drilling, and five good and hard sparring sessions.

My weight is still right on track and I feel great! I will look to maintain this weight now until Tuesday of next week, and then drop a couple of pounds before the weigh-in on Friday.

The hard work for me now is nearly over, and it is time to go and enjoy the buzz around fight week, and obviously the fight itself.

My opponent has a similar mentality to me when it comes to putting it all on the line on fight night, so I have prepared myself for any and all enventualtiies, and am looking forward to putting on both an exciting and explosive performance!!

The pressure of my UFC debut has fuelled me throughout my training camp and I know I have done everything I can to go and get the win.

I arrive back in London on Saturday morning, and will be heading straight to Keddles Gym in Orpington, Kent for some technical pad work with my striking coach Alan Keddle.

On Tuesday, myself and my team make our way to Nottingham to get this party started! I will be back next week for my final blog .
