FANS of Rugby League will be able to see the World Cup trophy when it stops at Bromsgrove RFC as part of a tour around the country.

North East Worcestershire Ravens are hosting a special evening with the biggest prize in the sport next Wednesday to help promote the tournament which is being hosted by Great Britain and Ireland in the autumn.

This event will offer an open taster training session to all ages and abilities, information on playing, coaching and match officials’ opportunities in the Midlands, as well as a photo opportunity with the famous trophy.

The trophy will be available to view at Finstall Park for juniors between 5pm and 7pm and under-16s upwards from 7pm to 9pm.

NEW Ravens senior squad, U16s, U18s and open age teams start their pre-season training tonight 7pm at Bromsgrove Rugby Club.
