Birds love a bit of apple...
SEEING the photo of the starling on an apple tree in the Echo on Friday, January 10 reminded me of my own effort to feed the birds.
Knowing that blackbirds also like apples I am putting some out each day from a store of apples from the autumn. They seem pleased.
