Utility companies should be billed for bad roads
IS IT just me or are the majority of pot holes and damage to our roads and pavements at areas that have been dug up?
The council should start monitoring road works more and charge the utility companies for repairing the holes they have made. Why should we as tax payers foot this bill? Maybe a blanket fee on all requests to dig up the road?
They should be made accountable.
