WHEN I got on the number four bus (Solent Blue line) there were no seats, which I understand.
However, I was disgusted with the passengers at the front who didn’t give up their seat for me as I am seven months pregnant and I felt discriminated by this.
I thought to myself “How selfish can people be?” It wasn’t until I walked up to the back that a lady kindly gave up her seat for me and I said thank you to her.
I don’t know how people can just let a pregnant woman stand up all through her journey.
What’s the point of having these signs saying we should give up our seats for the elderly and disabled people because I notice that some people don’t?
They just sit there, especially the young ones who are really rude.
They don’t have any respect for the elderly or their parents at all.
