State of roads is the worst I have seen it
IF I was to confess to the police that 8/10 of my cycling time (which is approximately an hour daily) is spent looking down at the road surface, they would tell me to concentrate more on the traffic.
Need I say more?
It is quite the worst I have known it in 60 years of cycling in Southampton.
