Should England, Northern Ireland, and Wales have a vote on whether we keep Scotland should they vote no to independence asks LA O'Bee..?
This is a bit of a silly rhetorical question to ask in my opinion.
The Union is like a marriage in many respects - if one member of a couple decide to leave and that divorce is the only way we don't then expect the other party to have a right to challenge that decision.
Sure they can influence, promise to change, bribe and beg, but that person still has a right to leave.
And to my mind Scotland is similar. I want the Union to continue.
What really has been unfair is how "Devo Max" was never considered an option, how Westminster garnered too much control, and the language used was to almost belittle the people there as to their intellect or their needs.
I know a few Scots and they're rightly angry at how their country has been portrayed and the freedoms that have been allowed.
