Such a bad impression for visitors
I NEEDED a sit down at the Bargate end of the precinct on Monday lunchtime and was disgusted at the amount of alcoholics and tramps etc, using all the seats.
What impression does this give of our city to visitors viewing our historic sights? Not only that, our own people.
I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated.
Come on city council, do something about it.
