HAVING read Richard Evans’ letter, I can only assume that Mr Evans is not computer literate.
EPS is a great time saver for persons with chronic illness.
I usually have to order two repeat prescriptions a month and find it so easy. I just email the surgery on their online repeat prescription service, fill in the repeat prescription order form and ask for the prescription to be sent by EPS to my chosen pharmacy. I then collect the medication two to three days later from the pharmacy of my choice. I always have the choice to collect the prescription from the surgery if I wanted to.
The pharmacy I choose is the one that has been supplying me with medication for years, so why not use modern methods to save me time going to the surgery to hand in the repeat form and then having to go back to the surgery to collect the prescriptions? Add going to the pharmacy to hand it in to that!
