Is flooding just a coincidence?
RE the recent flooding at Bridge Road, Woolston, is it a coincidence that there has been some work on and under the bridge lately which may have contributed to the flooding as I can’t remember it being flooded like that in the past?
I wonder what they have been putting down the drains?
