‘Tax avoidance must be tackled before the General Election’
MANY people like me are deeply concerned about multinational companies avoiding tax, costing the UK and poor countries billions of pounds.
Over the past few months more than 24 people in the Eastleigh Council area have campaigned for the Government to crack down on this shameful tax dodging, and, as part of Action Aid’s Towns Against Tax Dodging Campaign, I am calling on local politicians and political parties to tackle tax dodging before the General Election next year.
