I READ with interest an article you ran (Daily Echo, November 22) reference the new Charity Invisible Wall, assisting prisoners’ families.
Whilst a laudible thing to attempt, having been involved in law enforcement for over 30 years, I truly despair.
I gave up counting at the number of charities helping prisoners, prisoners’ families, ex prisoners when I reached around 30 or so.
Unfortunately I need one finger on one hand to count the number of charities helping the victims of crime. Something in this world is seriously wrong.
