Oh lord, size really matters
I’VE just been watching Countryfile on BBC1.
Apparently, this Cumbrian lord built a tower on his estate, the top floor of which was a music and sewing room for his wife. Cunningly, the access was a very narrow staircase, so if she decided to double in size she wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. Brilliant!
