I HAVE read a few articles recently about food banks – who should pay for them, how they should be paid for, etc, etc.
Surely the discussions should be about why do we need them.
Why does a country that has, for some that is, a very high standard of living need food banks?
What are we going to do to get rid of them, and make sure there is no need for them?
Or am I wrong in assuming that politicians and the like care?
