Southampton City Council offices
I FIND it very strange that a small council near Southampton is concerned about cars destroying grass verges in Hedge End over Christmas.
Yet Southampton City Council is prepared to let the verge outside of my house and many more in the area be destroyed day after day, and do nothing about it, even when it’s been brought to the relevant department, many times.
All I want is the dragon teeth like other privileged owners have had installed. I’ve even offered to pay for them!
