We are entering a new era, where the Council cannot provide everything any more. We cannot do with £20, what we used to do with £90.
This means that if local people are not able to "step up to the plate", and make an ongoing commitment to some of their local amenities, then those amenities may be lost.
The libraries at Cobbett Road, and Weston, are examples.
