CONSIDER the scenario: May’s General Election results in, the party with the most seats planning to govern as a minority government.

After a short time it could be that the administration is finding it difficult to secure enough votes to get its measures passed.

The usual next step is to call a second, hopefully more decisive election. However, I’m not sure if this can happen now that we have a five-year fixed-term parliament – very interesting!
