A giant redwood
AM I correct in believing we have a Southampton councillor with a brain in our midst?
A Park and Ride – lovely! (Is park and ride answer to city pollution misery? Daily Echo, March 16).
I wonder how long it took to think of that, unless he got inspired by the one in Salisbury or Winchester. I can’t imagine he thought it up on his own.
As for having trees along Millbrook Road to hide the docks I reckon a nice row of Giant Redwoods would do the job nicely. That’s if all the air pollution doesn’t stunt their growth!
