Anger over letter
I have just been reading D R Smith's April 6 'In My View' letter.
As this was so devoid of facts I started to put together a reply but struggled to address the sheer number of inaccuracies within the 300 word maximum limit stated by the Daily Echo.
It was only later I decided to count just how many words there were in D R Smith's work of fiction. I counted approximately 500 words yet the Echo clearly says there is a maximum limit of 300!
How kind of the Daily Echo to give this pro-Labour letter 67 per cent more space than that permitted to others.
I will let readers draw their own conclusions.
