HAVING watched the faithful applauding Tony Blair on TV, I wonder how short people's memories are!
It seems he wants to be involved in the party politics again.
Who can forget the chaos caused in the Middle East by his interference with Saddam Hussein who had the Sunni/Shiite under control.
Now he criticised the current Prime Minister for promising the people a referendum on European membership, a fact that many people think is justified, just to have their say on their own futures.
I suggest he should go back to what he is best at - lining his own pockets whilst trying convince the working man that his party is the one for them. I know of one vote they won't get!
ALAN BLANDFORD, Southampton.
