Protest against the closure of our tips
TODAY, I spotted a fly tipped sofa on a country lane in Marchwood.
The kindest interpretation I can put on this is that the owner dumped it there as a protest in response to the threat of closing or reducing service at our Household Waste Recycling Centres.
