Direct cash towards improving our buses
SO RECENTLY Southampton City Councillors have approved a massive £450 million to redevelop the Town Quay area of the city, which would see the Isle of Wight ferry services moved to the Eastern Docks.
If this amount of money is available, then is it not be possible for some money be directed to improve local bus services across the city which have seen frequencies slashed recently, even if it amounts to dropping the name of “City Reds”?
