WHILE I agree with the Daily Echo’s Turn Up or Tell ‘em’ campaign – it is very difficult to contact the GP reception without being on the end of a phone for at least half an hour and pressing the redial button.
We all have busy lives and in this this highly technological age why can’t we email or text surgeries to cancel appointments?
