Money supply
ACCORDING to Brenda Knopf, we are “a rich country” that can easily afford to hand over a fortune to the EU (letter, April, 21).
Odd, then, that we can no longer properly fund our police force, NHS, social services or the Army.
However, Brenda goes on to say that Cornwall is “a poor county” that “gets help from the European Union”.
So just where does she think that money comes from originally?
