I HAVE just lost “the love of my life” through that dreadful disease Alzheimer’s.

Nothing prepares you for this sad loss.

Week by week, you yourself suffer from watching your loved one gradually deteriorate in mind and body, until there is nothing left of the person you loved.

A happy release for them but a very sad one for you.

Life must go on, and perhaps one day, one never knows, you might meet again.
