HOW can anyone claim that the former leader of UKIP, Nigel Farage, is some kind of hero?

He has ruined our United Kingdom. He has caused uncertainly throughout the European Union, and upset the world markets. His surname is French, his family are part German. He never made being an MP at Westminster, because he was not liked. He only became an MEP on the back of voters being anti-government. Also from all the spin and lies he and his colleagues told.

As for the Conservative Party, none of the contenders to take over from David Cameron have the guts to say they would reconsider the referendum vote. Do not forget, over 16 million people voted ‘remain’. 28% of people did not vote at all. And a large number voted ‘leave’ simply out of protest towards our own Parliament – They believing, ‘remain’ would win.

Plus, now all those who realise, to have voted ‘leave’ was a mistake. Simple example, the value of the pound has dramatically fallen. Big business institutions, organisations are at a loss. When article 50 is triggered, we have two or more years of negotiations to go through. Who is going to invest in Britain under those circumstances?

The Conservatives will not call a general election, as they know they would lose the slim majority they are at present desperately trying to hold on to.

UKIP are now dead and buried.

More than four million people have signed the online petition to have another referendum. That means it has to be debated.

Do not accept the result, as it was through continual lies that the public were taken in.

We need a centre ground Liberal Party, where ‘remain’ Conservatives, Labour and Greens would be happy. We cannot wait until 2020, it will be too late.

Demand a second referendum. If not, then a general election. You did not elect any of the people standing to be the next Prime Minster. Nor, now the Conservative manifesto, as that is out of date.

You won’t have noticed much change yet in your lives, as we are only a few days into the ‘unknown’. But, you will by the autumn and beyond.

Get behind the Liberal Democrats, as they still believe we can stay within the European Union, after having negotiated new terms.
