IN response to Alan Kebbell (Letters, June 12), I did watch the Channel 4 programme about the death of Diana, Princess of Wales and I am therefore in a position to pass an opinion and judgement.
Everybody has a right to defend themselves and had Mr Kebbell watched the programme then his opinion about those directly responsible for her death may be different. There was nothing sadistic about the programme and I certainly did not see any despicable pictures.
After watching the programme, one can only conclude that the photographers were not responsible for her death. The driver was three times over the UK limit, twice the French limit and seat belts were not worn.
