GOOD evening and a Happy New Year to you all.
In Monday’s edition, in the article concerning the Weight loss programme, I was astounded to see in the list of prerequisites for qualifying to take part in the programme, was the item “Are from a black or ethnic minority background”.
In these days of racial equality is it really legal to refuse due to skin colour?
Hard to see who would be most offended, the white populace or the black and ethnic populace; the white for exclusion, or the black and ethnic for the insinuation that they are all overweight.
Any thoughts?
