I totally agree with Pam Cole. We are swamped by retirement flats and apartments here. The ones already built have not been sold, so why put more in Hythe in the old police station site.
The entrance/exit right by the corner would cause problems in itself. It needs housing for young families somewhere. It has got ridiculous.
Lidl are going to build on a decent car park, so that means a lot less parking for shoppers.
There was talk of more OAP flats in South Street, where P.C.Builders are, as they are moving to Hardley Industrial estate.
