WHY is Hampshire County Council so against pensioners and low paid that it continuously targets its proposed savings by hitting any servies that affect us.
I am a 76-year-old pensioner and am fed up with reading about savings at my expense – like the proposal to axe free bus passes.
Why can’t councils hit high earners instead?
