I HAVE known St Francis Animal Welfare Sanctuary for man years and obtained my latest cat from there.
I have always found the staff led by Ann Hillman responsible and caring and all the animals at the sanctuary well looked after.
I therefore cannot understand the reasoning behind the takeover by the new management committee.
