First class service

MANY people criticise our Royal Mail but I have nothing but praise for this organisation and its staff.

All my Christmas mail was delivered and received, as it is every year, and even some cards sent second class were received the following day.

On 10th of this month my friend in New Zealand posted to me a get well card and it was on my door mat on the morning of the 13th.

Allowing for the time difference it actually took three and a half days to reach me. Excellent service.
