Let’s reject supermarket bid

I WAS shocked to read the headline in Friday’s Echo which said “200 new jobs in store under Tesco supermarket plan”. I was naive enough to believe that the original application had been rejected by the residents of this gem of a small town.

Let us see now if the residents of Romsey care enough to object in a way strong enough to see this application rejected out of hand.

I suppose if it was Fortnum and Masons it would be ok.
