FINCH ERNEST ALFRED (Know as Alf) Passed away in Southampton General Hospital on 14th January, after a short illness, aged 97 years. Reunited with his dearly loved Wife of forty years, Peggy and his recent Friend and Companion, Joan. A true gentleman and a much loved Uncle to his many Nieces and Nephews. ---------- Reception prior to Service at Bitterne Parish Church Coffee Room at 11.45 a.m. on Wednesday 30th January. Service in church at 1.00 p.m. followed by Cremation at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel at 2.00 p.m. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Bitterne Local History Society, cheques made payable to R.C. Dear Alf, you were a very special person, who brought happiness into my nan's life Joan and a good friend to all our family. Rest in peace, with your loved ones. Deepest condolences to Rita and all the family, Alf will be sadly missed.
